CAMP DXB - First Outing

So since our inception and our quest for giving people the ultimate way to experience the desert camping experience, we decided to do a trial run with some friends of ours who were happy to trial the equipment.

We decided to take Camp DXB to the desert in Ras Al Khaimah to one of our spots, we took our inflatable tents, to test how easy and quick they could be set up. Which took around 3-5mins mostly with the battery powered air pump and then finished off by the hand pump (the air pump we needed to upgrade to a slightly more powerful one) which actually was very efficient and took less time than the battery pump but was more arm power.

The whole camp was set up super quick even with 4 tents, the table, fold out benches and chairs, the inflatable chairs, etc. which meant they could all start to relax and enjoy the camping.

BBQ grill was actually great, easy pop-up style, good height to be off the sand and not have to crouch to cook for a change and was a nice size to cook plenty of food on. it even had a hot plate section which was used for making softened onions for the burgers (nice touch!)

Overall was a really nice experience to get friends together and enjoy the natural beauty of the dunes, we even had some camels pass by.
